Empty Bowls of Owensboro, KY

$20,000 Raised to Fight Hunger!

We are overwhelmed with gratitude! Thanks to everyone who joined us at last week's annual Empty Bowls dinner, we raised an incredible $20,000 through sponsorships, donations, ticket sales, and our silent auction. These funds are being evenly split between Masonville Methodist Church and Third Baptist Church to help feed the hungry right here in the greater Owensboro community.

We could NOT do it without our amazing sponsors, donors, volunteers, and everyone who attended and made this event possible.

THANK YOU!

Mission Statement:

Feeding hungry people one bowl at a time.

Goal:

The goal of the organization is to raise money to assist organizations whose primary role is fighting hunger, while we as a committee seek to raise awareness about the issues of hunger and food security and bring about an attitude that will not allow hunger to exist in our communities.
